The rooms themselves where tidy with a balcony. The location was stunning for Tulum, short walk to Olivia Market and the Grill restaurant and beach bar and restaurant on the site.

Fashionable and neat room for what we needed with comfortable beds and a balcony and fabulous view. The location was unbeatable, to the restaurant next door, it's a plus.

Supper friendly and accommodating staff who advised they 'd speak to management, had fairly nice stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and fashionable with a balcony, felt like home. Climate control, a private safe, and a mini-fridge-bar available were an advantage.

Fairly clean place with really helpful staff and magnificent view of sunrise and sunset. A safe, a mini-fridge-bar, and a sitting area in the room, unbeatable and beautiful location. Walk-in showers in the bathroom.
